Using WhatsApp

Create and send quotes by messaging Snellerofferte on +31 6 15078053.

Snellerofferte is meant for freelancers and tradespeople in the Netherlands who want to create a quote quickly while on the road. You need an account; WhatsApp works on every plan, including Free.

The WhatsApp assistant only understands Dutch

Type the commands exactly as shown in the grey boxes, for example Nieuwe offerte. English messages are not understood. Each command below comes with an English explanation, and the assistant's replies, your quotes and the PDFs are in Dutch.

Open WhatsApp

1. Link WhatsApp

Go to Settings and click Link WhatsApp number. You will receive a code. Send it from your own phone to +31 6 15078053. Snellerofferte then recognises your number.

2. Create a new quote

Send Nieuwe offerte ("new quote"). You get one question at a time: customer, email, work, quantity and price.

You can also enter a complete line item in one go, for example 3 uur schilderwerk à €45 ("3 hours of painting at €45"). Reply Ja ("yes") to add another line, or Concept ("draft") to see the overview. Verwijder laatste post ("remove last line") removes the last line.

Everything correct? Reply Ja or Opslaan ("save"). The quote is then saved as a draft in your account. You can stop at any time with Annuleren ("cancel").

3. Find quotes

  • Mijn offertes — your five most recent quotes
  • Laatste offerte — your latest quote
  • Offerte voor Jan Jansen — search by customer name
  • Toon offerte 2026-00004 — search by quote number

4. Request a quote as a PDF

Send PDF 2026-00004 or PDF laatste offerte ("PDF of latest quote"). You receive the PDF in WhatsApp.

5. Send a quote to your customer

Send Verstuur offerte 2026-00004 or Verstuur laatste offerte ("send latest quote").

  • Your customer needs a phone number. Add it under Customers.
  • You first get a confirmation question showing your customer's number. The quote is only sent when you reply Ja ("yes"). Nee ("no") cancels.
  • Once sent, the quote gets the status Sent.
