How it works in practice
In the quote builder, type a short description of the work, for example a few keywords about what you will do and how many days it takes. Click "Improve with AI" and you get a written-out version you can use straight away or refine.
You then fill in the lines with quantities, rates and VAT rate yourself. That calculation is deliberately not left to AI: subtotals, VAT and the total are determined by fixed rules, so the amounts always add up. Finally you check the quote in the preview and download it as a PDF.
The AI currently writes descriptions in Dutch, because quotes and PDFs are created in Dutch.
AI is a tool, you check the result
The assistant writes along but makes no decisions. Always read the generated text for content and tone before sending the quote. AI can phrase things that don't quite match what you agreed. You decide what ends up in the final quote.
